I am saving money to buy a new house next year so many peoples christmas presents will be baked goods and a dvd with favorite cartoons and concerts courtesy of you tube. I found a program that downloads you tube videos to avi files allowing you to burn onto a watchable dvd. Southern Wolf and classic Beatles anyone?
Another sign Christmas is coming fast, KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas is going to be announced Friday. I haven't put much thought to who is playing because music has simply sucked this year...if i had to guess i would guess the following:

i totally avoid the mall on black friday. i remember when i was a kid it was a tradition with my grandma and mom to go to the mall in la jolla (my grandparents lived in del mar) but now it is too crowded and too loud. i do not like the holidays so i will be avoiding the mall at all costs during the holidays...
i do not have any predictions for the acoustic christmas... how about amy winehouse and the backstreet boys!! LOL
i like fudge - so I expect some homemade treat and a dvd filled with tyrone wells clips from you tube... thank you santa.
tool is not playing - NOT and the new avenged song is a decent jam.
Yes music has had a down year - but there has been some real good - I think Silversun Pickups has been the best of the year.
